By 2030, Rolls-Royce will become a 100% electric brand. The British automaker is developing its first electric vehicle, the Rolls-Royce Spectre, which will hit the market in 2023. Owned by BMW since 1998, Rolls Royce operates in much the same way as the German giant in developing its new models.

Built on the same aluminum architecture as the current Phantom, the Spectre shouldn’t be light for all that.  It appears to have very slim front lights reminiscent of the Rolls-Royce 103EX concept. The rear end is more traditional, with upright lights that don’t look much different from the existing models. This is especially noticeable when you take a closer look at the headlights, which split in two between the slim daytime running lights above the rectangular LED projectors. Not as revolutionary on the outside, the future Spectre could innovate on the inside. According to speculations, the Spectre will feature two electric motors for a power output of more than 600 hp. This coupe could take the engine of the BMW iX M60.
