The new restyled Peugeot e-208 has just unveiled its prices. And good news, the electric city car costs a little less than the old version, its autonomy is on the rise, and it still has an aesthetic that leaves something to be desired.
Yes, you read that right. The Peugeot e-208’s appearance is still not satisfying the public. With its fang-shaped headlights and fish-like rear, it is arguably one of the ugliest cars on the market.
But hey, that’s not why you will buy it, right ? You buy it for its price, its autonomy, and its equipment.
And on these three points, the new e-208 is rather a good deal.
Indeed, the entry-level Active version is now available from 35,300 euros, 500 euros less than the old version.
The range is also increasing. The basic version now offers 362 kilometres of range, compared to 340 kilometres on the old version.
Finally, the serial endowment is richer. The new e-208 is now equipped with a 10-inch touch screen, automatic air conditioning and cruise control/limiter.
If you are looking for an affordable electric city car, with good autonomy and complete equipment, the new Peugeot e-208 is a good option.
But if you have a minimum of taste, you will have to go your way.
