Xpeng, a Chinese manufacturer, is moving to Europe ! On 3 February it will present two new models exclusively made for Europe.
Xpeng has been present in Norway for some time and is currently building distribution centres in Sweden, Denmark and the Netherlands. Germany will be next. In France, it will happen by 2024. Their range includes compact G3 SUVs and the P7 sedan. A P5 is coming soon.
This Chinese manufacturer will present in a few days a large SUV G9, already on sale in China since 2022. With two engines, their propulsion version with a 230 kW engine, with 313 horsepower and a battery of 78 or 98 kWh with an autonomy of 570 or 702 km in CLTC cycle.
The declination with four-wheel drive and two engines at 405 kW, 551 horsepower and has only the largest of the two batteries with a range of 650 km CLTC. In Europe, a more powerful model could be proposed. A special feature is announced: a fast load at 480 kW.
The second vehicle proposed to our continent should be inspired by the P7 sedan. Quite exceptional given that it will be the first car of the brand presented on the international market and not its domestic market. It will have two variants: a propulsion with 206 kW and 276 hp. The four-wheel drive version will have 348 kW and 473 hp.
Last evolution : the battery capacity. With the creation of a Grande Autonomie model to reach the 700 or 800 km CLTC cycle.
