The British brand is developing a new online sales platform Lotus Drive. The platform will allow customers to configure their cars, as well as choose a payment method and order their vehicle.
Lotus Drive offers several delivery options. Customers can choose to collect their car directly from the Hethel factory, or have it delivered to a Lotus showroom. They can also have their car delivered directly to their home.
In the UK, this online service is already in operation with the Lotus Emira. However, Lotus will open up the technology to its future electric vehicles, such as the Type 132 SUV to be launched this year.
