Dennis Wang, an American YouTuber interested in electric cars, recently took a 2,150 km road trip in a Tesla Cybertruck. He wanted to test the electric pickup over a long distance and was a little disappointed.

Wang chose the Foundation Series version of the Cybertruck, which promises a range of 515 km. But in reality, he found that the range was closer to 250 km. So he had to stop 12 times to recharge, which turned his 20-hour trip into a 27-hour trip.

Wang also found that Tesla superchargers were not always suitable for the Cybertruck. He sometimes had to step back to get the charging cable to its destination.

In addition to these autonomy and charging problems, Wang also encountered a problem with the infotainment system of the Cybertruck. The screen went black for 12 hours.

Despite all these problems, Wang still found the Cybertruck to be a fantastic pickup. He enjoyed the spacious and comfortable interior. He believes that Tesla will improve battery life, charging and infotainment performance over time.
