Nissan unveiled at the Shanghai Motor Show an electric SUV concept called Arizon, which is intended to be a “multifunctional” vehicle according to the manufacturer.
This model stands out from the Ariya, Nissan’s previous electric SUV, which was released last year after being introduced two years earlier. Nissan, which once made the Leaf its first flagship electric model, continues to focus on “zero-emission” vehicles.
In addition to the Max-Out electric sports concept presented earlier this year, the Japanese manufacturer plans to market the Arizon in China.
The SUV is based on Nissan’s CMF-EV platform and features a futuristic and geometric design, with a lower center of gravity than current models and a spacious interior space thanks to the absence of a B-pillar between the front and rear seats.
The Arizon is also equipped with a new virtual personal assistant, called Eporo, which can provide data and interact with vehicle occupants.
